1. Introduction

Convertly is a digital service that provides immediate access to our AI salespage generator platform. Once payment is completed, your subscription is activated instantly and AI generation credits are made available to your account.

By subscribing to Convertly, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this No Refund Policy.

2. No Refunds

Convertly does NOT offer cash refunds for any subscription payments, regardless of usage level or reason for cancellation.

This applies in all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after subscribing
  • Discovering alternative services after payment
  • Not using the platform after subscribing
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output
  • Technical issues that have been resolved
  • Cancelling mid-billing-cycle

3. Our Compensation Approach

While we do not issue cash refunds, we are committed to ensuring you get value from your subscription. If you experience genuine issues with the service, we will provide additional regeneration credits to your account as compensation.

Situations where we may add regeneration credits include:

  • AI generation produces unusable output due to a technical error on our end
  • Platform downtime that prevented you from using the service you paid for
  • Bugs that caused you to waste regenerations
  • Other valid technical issues, evaluated case-by-case

Why credits instead of refunds?Convertly's value is in helping you build high-converting salespages. Adding regeneration credits lets you continue working towards a result you are happy with — which is more useful than a refund.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log in to your Convertly account
  • Navigate to Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

Alternatively, open a support ticket at convertly.my/dashboard/support with your cancellation request.

4.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You'll continue to have full access to all features until that time, and you won't be charged again after cancellation.

Example:If you cancel on January 15th and your billing cycle renews on February 1st, you'll have access until February 1st, and no further charges will apply.

4.3 No Prorated Refunds

We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll have access until the end of the billing period, but no cash refund will be issued for the unused portion.

5. Double Billing (Exception)

The only exception to our no-refund policy is accidental double billing. If our system charges you twice for the same billing period due to a payment processing error, open a support ticket immediately and we will refund the duplicate charge after verification.

Note: This exception applies only to genuine duplicate charges for the same period. It does not apply to renewal charges, upgrades, or any other legitimate billing.

6. Account Suspension and Termination

6.1 Voluntary Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4. Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded or suspended at the end of your billing period. No refund will be issued.

6.2 Involuntary Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or engage in fraudulent activities. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be issued.

6.3 Data Retention After Cancellation

After cancellation or termination, your data (salespages, products, customer data) will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You can export your data during this period or contact us to extend the retention period.

7. How to Contact Us

If you have a technical issue and would like to request additional regeneration credits, please open a support ticket:

When opening a support ticket, please include:

  • Your account email address
  • Subscription ID or order number
  • A clear description of the technical issue you encountered
  • Screenshots or error messages, if applicable

We typically respond to all inquiries within 24-48 hours during business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia).

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Material changes will be communicated via email to all active subscribers at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
