The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to the Service.
As a user of our Service, you agree to:
You retain full ownership of all content you create using our Service, including salespages, product information, and customer data ("Your Content"). You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its design, features, and functionality (excluding Your Content), is owned by Convertly and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.
Our AI technology, models, and tools are proprietary to Convertly. When you use our AI to generate salespages or content, you are granted a license to use, modify, and publish the output for your business purposes. However, you are responsible for ensuring that such content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws. We make no warranties about the accuracy, quality, or originality of AI-generated content, and you should review all output before publishing.
Convertly offers a subscription plan at RM89 per month. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly fee for the duration of your subscription. The plan includes access to all platform features including AI salespage generation, payment gateway integrations, custom domains, and analytics tools.
To ensure optimal performance and fair resource allocation for all users, each subscription is subject to a fair usage bandwidth limit:
We recommend optimizing your salespages with compressed images and efficient loading practices. When you use a custom domain with Cloudflare DNS, bandwidth optimization through CDN caching is automatically enabled, which can reduce your bandwidth usage by 70-80%.
Convertly supports multiple payment methods. Transaction fees apply based on the payment method used:
When customers pay through online payment gateways, transaction fees are charged by the respective payment gateway providers, not by Convertly:
Note: Payment gateway fees may vary based on your agreement with the provider. Please verify current rates with your chosen payment gateway.
Subscriptions are billed monthly at RM89 per month. Your subscription automatically renews on the same date each month unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
If your subscription expires or payment fails, we provide a 7-day grace periodto allow you time to renew your subscription:
This grace period applies to all subscription expirations, including non-payment, cancelled subscriptions, and expired billing cycles. You will receive email notifications about your subscription status and upcoming expiration.
Upon renewal, your salespages can be manually republished from your dashboard. We are not responsible for any lost sales, traffic, or business opportunities during the period when your salespages are unpublished due to subscription expiration.
Convertly does not offer refunds for any subscription payments. Access to the platform and AI generation credits are granted immediately upon successful payment, and these digital services cannot be returned once made available to your account.
If you experience technical issues or are not satisfied with the AI-generated output, please contact our support team. As compensation, we will provide additional regeneration credits to your account so you can continue working towards a result you are happy with. We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, regardless of usage level or reason for cancellation. Please review our features and pricing carefully before subscribing.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. We make no warranty regarding service uptime or availability. The Service may experience downtime, interruptions, delays, or technical issues due to maintenance, upgrades, server issues, third-party service failures, or circumstances beyond our control. You acknowledge and agree that Convertly shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from service downtime, unavailability, or interruptions, regardless of duration or cause.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Convertly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. You may export Your Content before termination, but we are not obligated to retain it after your account is closed.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
