1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a Convertly Affiliate, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or use your referral link. Convertly reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, and you are deemed to accept the amendments by continuing to use your affiliate account.
2. Referral (Attribution) Policy
Commission is only recorded when a new merchant arrives at Convertly through your valid affiliate link. Our system tracks attribution using a cookie + link marker dropped at the moment of the click.
- The referral cookie remains valid for 30 days from the time of the click. If the merchant signs up after that window, the referral is considered expired.
- If a merchant does not arrive through your affiliate link (for example: they type convertly.my directly, come via another affiliate, or via Convertly's own ads), that referral is not yours.
- Convertly WILL NOT add or change a merchant's attribution manually after sign-up, even if you can prove you introduced that merchant. This policy is enforced consistently for all affiliates without exception.
- Before sharing your link, we recommend testing it yourself (click through, register a test account) to confirm tracking works. If you suspect the link is broken, please open a support ticket with the details so we can investigate from the logs.
3. Commission Eligibility
- Commission is only paid for customers you bring in, who sign up, and who become active paying customers.
- Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations within the cooling-off period are deducted from your commission balance.
- Self-referrals (referring your own account, household family members, or accounts you manage) are not eligible for commission.
- Recurring commission is paid for as long as the referred merchant remains an active paying customer on an eligible plan.
4. Payouts
- Commission payouts are issued on-request. Affiliates submit a Request Payout from the dashboard once the balance reaches Convertly's minimum payout threshold.
- Once a Request Payout is received, payment is processed within 7 working days.
- Payment is made to the Malaysian bank account you have registered. Make sure the bank account name matches your registered affiliate name.
- Income tax is your responsibility as the recipient of the commission.
5. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited and may result in commission being withheld and/or the affiliate account being terminated:
- Spam (email, WhatsApp, SMS, or any social platform in violation of that platform's policy).
- Paid advertising that uses the Convertly brand, product name, or related keywords without written permission.
- Cookie stuffing, iframe injection, or any technical method that records a referral without genuine user interaction.
- Making false claims, misleading customers about pricing / packages, or impersonating an official Convertly representative.
- Backdoor / attribution manipulation after a merchant has signed up.
6. Termination
Convertly reserves the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time if you breach these terms, or without cause upon 14 days' notice. Valid commission unpaid at the time of termination will be released on the normal schedule. Commission linked to policy-violating activity may be withheld or forfeited.
7. Support
For questions about commission status, payouts, or the attribution policy, please open a ticket via the Affiliate Dashboard → Support. Requests to change attribution after sign-up will not be entertained, per Clause 2.
